Group photos & must-haves!

To ensure I document all the right people on that day, filling out this group list really helps me get it done as quickly as possible – I can shout everyones names and we can get back to partying ASAP!

Wedding Date

Will you be providing a supplier meal?

If coverage is more than 6 hours, I will take a break during our meal. If not supplied, I may have to go off-site during this time. Please be aware I follow a plant-based diet.

Does anyone attending the wedding have a serious nut-allergy?

Just to make sure I don’t bring nut-based snacks!

Wedding Day Locations (Please list the full address for each location, plus a what.3.words if rural/remote)

Please supply the names of any key people involved in your day. (e.g Best People/People of Honour, Parents/Significant Family or Chosen Family).

Group Photos

It's SUPER helpful to have someone on the day to assist with this, to help gather people and who knows both sides of the families. Please Note Their Full Name Below:

To ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible and to make sure you get time to celebrate with your guests, I recommend around a maximum of 10 group shots. Each group photo takes approx. 5 minutes (if noone run off!). Please allow around 1 hour for group photos, as well as an additional 20 minutes for couples portraits.

Group 1 Name (i.e. both families).

Starting with the largest group, please list a Group name (i.e. couple + Family) and everyone’s names that would like in the 1st photo (often this is both families + extended family)

Marketing usage. Being able to shout out and use your images on my social media and/or website is important to my business. However, I do appreciate not everyone wants their life shared online – this is why I offer various sharing options as well as an opt out.
