Wedding photography for couples who just want to be themselves

Day 1 of 4 days back to back sessions. Starting off with @pownewforest and @imaginarium.books Sci-Fi Fantasy Book Quiz! Video this time.. but I had to take a few photos 🤭

I always walk past their shop in Lymington and mean to go in and it’s definitely something not to be missed!

Robyn has definitely built something special, members of her book club, friends, Play on Words supporters and lovers of words came together for a fun evening of some interesting and difficult questions set by Daniel! I’d highly recommend checking out their events and book clubs. Even though I was working I felt so welcomed.

Events like these are so important for community and connection… so it’s onto day 2 of my coverage at @stbarbemuseum and the Play on Words showcase. See you there 👋🏻

Anything for the shot!

Celebrating Faine & Tom’s story HAD to include their love of everything equine and nautical.

From their proposal on the water, the engagement session aboard Badger to the wedding at Cowes. We headed back into the water for their couples photos and they were welcomed into their fabulous, colourful reception at the @sugarstorecowes aboard the @cowesharbourcommission Patrol Boat!

Having met a bit later in life and living it to the full their day was full of love, laughter and some epic dance moves!

Swipe to the end to see my view from the boat 👀

Seen the videographer magic arm cheers trend? Works for photos too! Mount the glass infront and give the guests a laugh!

It’s a great way to get people who might have avoided candids. Makes people laugh and the lull in that post-meal chill out time!

Now I need to find funny items to mount to the camera and see guest reactions 🤣

Do the thing. Be silly. Spray the Prosecco. Have 3 weddings - a legal. A Dolomites elopement and an epic party. (like B & Johnny did!)

Heather & Harry’s day was filled with love, joy, laughter and a big secret...

@mirandathecelebrant led the most wonderfully personal ceremony by the water, complete with rock, paper, scissors to decide who read their vows first, a hand fasting and jumping the sword to seal the deal. She also let the cat out of the bag, they’re already married and we’d all gathered on their first wedding anniversary!

We were all well fed by @needstreetfood , @illustrationbykiwi creating fabulous wedding favours , marshmallows over the fire, glow-stick dance floor moves and a gorgeous golden hour in the woods. Oh, and did I mention they had a bouncy castle?!
